At our personal invitation, multi-award winning chef, Darren Simpson
(La Scala Restaurant in Woollahra, Sydney) will create an Italian
inspired 5 course degustation dinner with matching wines.

As well as operating his new restaurant Darren is resident chef of Australia's highest rating morning current affairs program, ‘Sunrise'.

Reservations are essential and are priced at $110 per person to
include five courses with matching wines.
