WILD ABOUT FOOD SIX CHEFS, SIX DINNERS
Throughout 2007 bistro 3 Port Douglas ran a series of special dinners inviting some of Australia’s finest chef’s to prepare a degustation menu alongside the bistro 3 team.
At the personal invitation of bistro 3 Executive Chef, six multi-award winning Chefs were invited to create a five course degustation dinner with matching wines. With the bistro 3 team, the chefs were given free reign to create signature menus that provides a rare culinary experience for lovers of great food in Far North Queensland.
The six dinners (listed below) were a glittering success and the series has attracted interest around Australia from national and local media prompting bistro 3 to undertake a similar series next year. Details and a schedule of the next series will be available for release by the end of March 2008.
